Shipping & Tracking
How does shipping work?
- DOT Half Helmets (US Only): Shipped directly from our California warehouse via local courier. Delivery takes 2–5 business days.
- Other Gear & Accessories: Shipped internationally. Delivery takes 5–12 business days.
- Note: We require a physical street address for all US orders. Our carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How do I check my order status?
Once your gear leaves the warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time directly on our website.
I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
Don't sweat it. To get your gear to you as fast as possible, some items are shipped from different warehouses. If your order arrives split, the rest of your items are already on the way.
Changes & Exchanges
Can I edit my order details or shipping address?
If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP. We process orders fast to get gear out the door, so we cannot guarantee updates. Once an order enters the shipping pipeline, sizes, variants, and addresses cannot be changed.
What is your exchange policy?
We give you 30 days to exchange your items for a different size or fit. Hit us up via our contact page for quick instructions to get it sorted.
