Other items are shipped directly from our international warehouse and may take 5-12 working days to be delivered (depending on country/region). In rare cases, it might take longer due to high demand or factors beyond our control that may impact shipping time.

Note: We require a physical street address for all U.S. orders, as our carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Army Base (APO/FPO) addresses. Please ensure you provide a standard residential or business address at checkout to avoid any shipping delays.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, a tracking number is emailed to you. To put you at ease, you may track your order directly on our site and check the location of your order in real-time.

Since we sometimes ship certain items from multiple warehouses, you might receive some items separately. So if you've only received a part of the order, there's no reason to worry; the rest of the items are on their way!

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible! We’ll always do our best to help, but because we process orders immediately to get them to you faster, we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed. If your items have already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to update the size, style, or shipping address
