Return & Refund Policy

Returns 

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and labels attached. Also in the event of 'Product Unsatisfactory', the item must be returned back to us in order to be qualified for a refund. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return, you need to contact us at our Contact Page. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to ship back your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your item/s upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within the 30-day period.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us with your query, so we can evaluate the issue and reply back with a proper solution.

 

Cancelations 

Request for cancelling an order while the item/s are still in transit is not accepted. Item/s must be returned back to the sender in case of order cancelation.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus a 5% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your end.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnables 

Any paid warranties, tips, shipping fees, priority fulfillment, customs fees, and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, batteries and powerbanks, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
