Don’t really like this one.. the slightest breeze and it was lifting up and off my head so the chin strap was choking me! I tried everything! Doo rag, no doo rag under, hat no hat, tighten the strap, keep it on the looser side. I just don’t like the way it lifts in the wind. I know most reviews the guys love it. I was hoping to as well. I have the other beanie helmet and it’s fine! Was hoping for the lower sitting one. Which I don’t even feel this one does. Plan on returning this. Husband feels the same too btw.

Helmet has a lot of padding, is comfortable and the one hand quick release is nice but the helmet doesn’t sit that low and still looks like mushroom head.

Shipping is very slow.....Tracking is poor.....Paid extra for expedited shipping and Insurance .....Would not spend extra money on shipping .....They don't use UPS or FedEx ....So tracking is poor.....Helmet seems to be ok

I know that it is DOT Approved, however it is so comfortable that I am concerned that it will not provide real protection.

I started riding in 1976 and have always worn a helmet size XL. This beanie helmet runs a on the small side feeling uncomfortable, riding high on my head, and squeezing my forehead. I bought a beanie helmet to contour my head but this doesn't do that. I'm hesitant to exchange it for a XXL because I'm concerned that my head will swim in a size too large.

I’ve been wanting this helmet for years. Just received and it’s too big but fits snug on my head with a bandana. Unfortunately the straps are too big and does not fit snug enough for me even though I’ve tightened as far as it will go. I’m very disappointed as I ordered a small and it’s too big.

The helmet itself is fine, smallest one I’ve come across. But the straps are very long. Being a smaller people, the straps are too long to keep the helmet in place against the wind.

First off I would like to say I have a BIG head. I was a little skeptical about getting this helmet because of how big my head is but I really wanted a nice 1/2 helmet to use during the hot summer days. I found this website from a buddy of mine and I went out on a limb and went for it. I love this helmet! It's comfortable and slim, like they advertise zero mushroom head. I will definitely recommend this helmet to anyone who is skeptical like I was. It's a good bang for your buck and rides just as good as it looks. 5/5

Normally wear a full face helmet but on really hot days or just for a trip to the store, I use this helmet. Helmet was extremly light and well constructed. Size is correct. Nice quick release.

Helmet fits great. I used to be an EMT / firefighter and I can't bring myself to wear a novelty helmet.
I would not go any lighter in durability than this helmet.
The only negative issue I have is that at 50mph or so the helmet sometimes does want to slide back and off the back of my head. Only reason I didn't leave 5 star.
My bike doesn't have a windshield on it. I'm never on the highways and pretty much just bar hop with the bike so it's not a huge issue for me.
I also have just enough room to wear a ball cap backwards under the helmet which seems to help with the sliding off issue.
I'm right in the middle of the size large measurement, I do not have a very wide head so the helmet makes contact with the front and rear of my head with more room on the sides.

Customer service is a 10+! I ordered two Medium helmets. When they arrived one was an XL. I followed the return policy, notifying through email and requesting to return the XL for a refund, advising I’d reorder another Medium.
Not only did I receive a response within a few hours, they cancelled my new order, mailed me another Medium helmet AND they said for compensation of sending the wrong size helmet the XL was mine to keep!
Very much not expected, but so appreciated that they would go above and beyond to make my purchase right!

The helmet looks great but the size is wrong, it says its a small just as i ordered but it is definitely a large as it fits my melon head.I have contacted customer service but have not as yet got a solution to my problem. I love the way the helmet looks and the quality seems to be top notch. Hoping to get a solution soon.

The helmet is better than most I've seen. But still sits on top your head instead around your head. I wouldn't call it mushroom head, but close. Says it's legal, DOT! If you want a true DOT, than this would be the best for a Bennie helmet.
