I received the polo helmet in small, it does not fit it is too big, when I contacted beanie helmets for a smaller size, I was told small was the smallest you had, and that maybe I would like to try a different style helmet. My answer to that is that if I wanted a different style I would have ordered a different style helmet. Now if you would like to refund the purchase price I will return the helmet. It has not been worn except to try it on for fit and strap adjustment, then it was put back in bag and box and has not been worn or used. Anxiously awaiting your reply. Gary

I bought the low profile helmet, came quick! But I didn't like the fit of the chin strap on my ears. I sent a email and asked to exchange it for the polo style. They said send it back and email a tracking # to them as well. I had the polo a few days later.
Great customer service! The helmet padding is lo profile and fits tight to your head as advertised, it does have a V in the chin strap as it connects to the helmet unlike novelty brain buckets with a more comfortable single strap ,but I still like it and knowing my head is more protected is worth the sacrifice for fashion.

Ordered a medium fit was to big no problem, returning it for a small, which I don’t understand that because all my helmets are, medium I don’t think the Fit is true to size even the small fits A little loose. can’t get enough, adjustment out of the strap little bit disappointed in this product

I am very pleased with the matte, low profile DOT Beanie Helmet. I used the measurement chart to determine that I needed an XL helmet. I have always worn a non-DOT brain bucket, so I can attest to the comfort of the padding this helmet contains. It is lightweight and not too bulbous. The quick snap/release makes it a breeze to put on take off.

Like the low profile and look for this style. This is my first half helmet so not sure if typical for these types of helmets but slides back some at higher speeds unless I have chin strap tight against chin. Could also improve once I wear more and break in possibly. Shipping took a long time compared to bigger operations, so just need to recalibrate shipping time expectations. All in all, I'm happy with purchase and recommend, with more time to use it's possible I would give another star.

I love the polo style helmet, I hit a deer at 55 mph just over two weeks ago, and tumble slid for 250ft. My helmet kept my face from becoming hamburger and other damage that could have happened if not wearing it. Great equipment in my opinion.

Very good quality shell, liner is very comfortable. It's so thin and light it's hard to believe it's DOT. Really like it. Only small criticism is the straps should have a better retention system for any excess strap length after adjusting it to your size. Leaves a lot of excess to flap around in the wind but it's not a big issue.

Love that this is so much cooler (temperature wise) than my full face helmet. I do prefer the protection of the full helmet, but in the summer in Texas it's a no-go

The helmet fits well and is lightweight. My only concern is the strapping system could use some improvement. It doesn't have enough adjustment to get as tight as I would prefer and the strap has a twist in the ear hole on one side. Otherwise, I'm happy with the helmet.
Ps. I don't like the unsightly DOT emblem on the back of the helmet. Unnecessary if the DOT is listed inside the helmet.

I wear a 7 3/8 fitted baseball cap and the Large fits perfectly, snug and not tight at all. Highly recommend this helmet for comfort, I feel no wind drag up to 60 mph, I don't think there would be at higher speeds either. I'm 6ft tall and weigh 220 pounds.
