Wrap a sewing tape measure around your head 1 inch (25mm) above your eyebrows and at the top of your ears. Make sure to measure over your hair, since you'll be wearing the helmet that way. Take multiple measurements and select the largest one.
A size chart with sizing instructions is available on each helmet's page. Follow the instructions to ensure the best fit, as helmets may vary in shape and size.
Fit test: With the right size, the helmet should make uniform contact. Side pressure = likely round-oval. Forehead hot spot = try a longer shell. Beanie Helmets product pages include shape guidance to help you choose faster.

I haven’t worn a Helmet in 20 years. Always took away from the experience. This one is so light and comfortable I’ve worn on every ride since I got it and my ride experience is better. No doo rag the wind takes off at high speed and I got a sun visor to boot. Great product.
Very nice lightweight helmet. I weighed my other helmet and this one is half the weight. I took a ride and this smaller profile does not shake my head as bad as my other helmet in the wind. The fit is perfect and the strap is nice and snug and small so it's not as itchy as my other one. I also like the quick release latch. I plan to use this all the time.
Hey riding world I bought the polo style helmet fits perfect love it goes good with my bike plus I bought the face cover old school love it and breathable and I bought the goggles with the lenses love the lenses and how you can change them but one thing you'll see in the video that the bottom piece of the frame is a little bit thin changing the lenses both of them broke overall everything is good thank you

The helmet arrived. See video. Beanie Helmets earns 5 stars for quick, responsive customer service when the incorrect, outdated item was shipped. (The original helmet received was a plastic shell rather than carbon fiber and had a date of manufacture of June 2021 [this is Aug. 2026])
Nice amount of padding on the interior providing a nice comfortably snug fit. I don’t expect the helmet to be moved around by the wind. Being a windshield less rider, I need a snug fit and this is it. I also like the different paint pattern. Looks good to me. Very happy with this purchase. Softail Superglide’s rule!!
Great low profile lid. Doesn't catch the wind like some lids do and is super comfortable. I'd recommend this product to any rider. Just did two ten hour days and it felt like I wasn't wearing a helmet.

The first helmet showed up. And was huge although showing, size medium. Which I've worn forever. So I sent that back in order to smile It shows up with absolutely no padding in it You can see the loose fabric around where there should have been patting and it's it's just ridiculous I don't I don't want that I don't even I'm not even sure it's carbon fiber so I don't want a carbon fiber

The helmet shipped quickly and fits perfectly. This is the lightest helmet I have ever tried on. I would recommend to anyone looking for an open face helmet.
The Beanie Polo in carbon fiber arrived in perfect condition. I've been riding for 30 years and this is hands-down the lightest and thinest half helmet I've ever wore this side of a DOT helmet. I followed the measuring instructions and ordered a size small (I do have a small head). Even so the helmet proved to be a tad loose in spots which would only get looser over time and allow wind to catch and lift the helmet. The sides were also low enough to push down the top of my ears and would cause discomfort on a long ride. Lifting the inner liner revealed that there was no additional padding underneath. I went online and ordered an inexpensive generic helmet foam padding kit that installs with velcro tabs ($10). This allowed me to dial in the perfect fit, seal the small gaps around my head, and raise the helmet off of my ears. This is in no way the fault of the helmets construction, design, or quality as there is rarely a perfect fit out of the box. I've riden with it multiple times on my Bobber with no windscreen, and my Bagger with a windshield and there are no issues with wind lift, even above 80 mph. Sunglasses fit comfortably. I particularly like the fastening mechanism. Overall a very good helmet that is well worth the money.

This was a birthday gift for my husband so he didn’t open it until last night. The only problem we have is that the one we got did not look like the one we ordered. There was only one option and it looked “digital camo “. That’s what he wanted. Instead, he got a solid black one. We’re a little disappointed.
