The only issue is when reach speeds of 50 and over the wind pushes the front up by the visor and makes it feel like it's going to fly off. I keep thinking it needs vent holes or something.

This is the second of these helmers that I've owned. Ilove the fit and look. I wear it backwards because I like the look. I would recommend this helmet to anyone. It’s a comfortable helmet. In Oklahoma riding with crosswinds is an everyday occurrence. Regular half helmets are mini parachutes. This helmet is light, comfortable, and crosswind friendly. It felt good to let my beard fly free.

It really does fit well! I have a small head and helmets look ridiculous on me. I'm originally from Iowa and only wore a helmet if it rained or in the winter. So I wanted something light and to be able to turn my head to see traffic. I love it! I'll still buy a full face later on, but this will be my daily one.

Someone who had bought one told me that the add is not a scam (which it looks like, and my mates agree) and also the helmet is not a cheap piece of crap but very good.

I wear a myriad of helmets depending on where I'm going, what I'm riding, and if I'm recording for my channel. So a half helmet, modular, or full face with camera could be used. All my half lids, are novelty, of course, because they fit the tightest, but with enough material to not get a second look from an LEO. After seeing the ads for these DOT certified half lids, I figured why not get one. At worst, I'm out some bucks, right?
Well, dang if the ads didn't bullshit. While slightly wider and taller than a novelty (duh!), they aren't so much so to be really noticeable, but absolutely NOT a dorky mushroom bucket. Lightweight, well made, and a good fit with correct hat size. My new Polo style stayed put at 80+ mph with a headwind.
I did take off one star, because the DOT foam liner had no room for ears! I carefully trimmed out a half-circle on either side so my ears tucked into the helmet, and upped the comfort level 100%. I almost took off another star for the chin strap, but it works, so I can't fault that. However, I do wish the middle strap that goes under the chin, and contains the ratchet buckle, was wider for more security and comfort. I know a wider strap and new buckle will cost some more, but shouldn't be so much to raise the price "out of range" for anyone. The straps attached to the helmet are fine in size, but could be mounted just a little wider/further apart to better get around the ears.
All in all, this Polo half helmet is comfortable, light, good looking, and being DOT certified relieves some anxiety while riding.

Helmet is nice and is what I expected. It came in a timely manner. However, I never received the ear pads. When I inquired about it I was told that they were back ordered. Whi I had to call to find this out I don't know. I received an email saying they had shipped but when I try to track it it says USPS is awaiting the package. This has been their response for the last 3 - 4 days.
