Wrap a sewing tape measure around your head 1 inch (25mm) above your eyebrows and at the top of your ears. Make sure to measure over your hair, since you'll be wearing the helmet that way. Take multiple measurements and select the largest one.

Large size for medium U Canada. Does very well for a woman but a man too small. For me it's perfect. I tried for downhill skiing. Temperature of-1c, I put on the gloves to medium and after 4 hours the batteries were half empty. The battery is big enough it is limit not to harm when practicing skiing. Correct finish, a little badly cut thread but nothing badly sewn. I received a neck cover as a gift. I am disappointed that I did not have a pair of Downs like the other people who had bought this product before me. For the price I recommend and warms the top and fingers well. The only downbeat, no choice of grandeur other than wide.
