Wrap a sewing tape measure around your head 1 inch (25mm) above your eyebrows and at the top of your ears. Make sure to measure over your hair, since you'll be wearing the helmet that way. Take multiple measurements and select the largest one.

It holds everything I carry in it secure and safe. The belt did come away from the pouch and the piping was very scuffed up. I do a lot of crawling under Mobile Homes replacing plumbing and electrical. When I ware my 2nd out I won’t hesitate to buy and 3rd.
