Wrap a sewing tape measure around your head 1 inch (25mm) above your eyebrows and at the top of your ears. Make sure to measure over your hair, since you'll be wearing the helmet that way. Take multiple measurements and select the largest one.
A size chart with sizing instructions is available on each helmet's page. Follow the instructions to ensure the best fit, as helmets may vary in shape and size.

Everything is very cool, quality product, plastic lenses, vented glasses, on the eye side soft leather lining, attached with a soft rubber band in a pretty very nice fabric, there are no flaws, after long wearing nothing hurts, does not sweat. This is my second pair, the first has smoke lenses. The yellow lenses work great in low light and at night. They mitigate the glare and blindingly bright headlights.

Was surprised to find it fit over my glasses somewhat comfortably.
Perfect fit
Wore them on a late day/night ride and they worked really well. The issue is the nose cut out. Where the seam in the foam is, is really sharp, like uncomfortable sharp. I am going to try to cut it down a little to make it less sharp. After 3.5 hours on, they were really uncomfortable to wear and I had to keep adjusting them to find a good position that wasn't cutting into the bridge of my nose.
